HWK on Oct 26

ALthough I asked couple questions in class today, when I looked at my assignments, I got a little confused about my homework. Where can I download the Pathfinder Exercises? Do I just place these files into a file of illustrator? Actually, I even did not know what the "futura" is at the beginning.
Here are a part of  my works so far.

Choosing

 I picked some of my works to put them into my process book. They need a lot revise.( The location of following pictures are in a mess. It is hard to place them in right spot.)

 

I like Creatology Wooden Puzzle!!!!!

I saw these in Mall of America. They are so expensive. I got them in Micheal's. They are cheap there. 2&~5 or 6$.

The front mast of my ship is broken o(-"-)o and I need more lines to take care of my sail. Some parts need glue. I do not have that, so they are not perfect so far. They are intersting!

Suggestions from teacher

All we did in that class which showed in following pictures is getting the suggestions from teacher. I really need this, because I am not sure if my work is what requirements refer to. I do not want to have wrong direction. Unfortunately, I was the last one to be given suggestion. The class was over when it was my turn. But I still got some useful suggestions. It is really hard to finf the best in each parameter. I got trouble in the "hybrid" one. My "painterly" one need to revised. Besides, I think I need to think much more about "texture" as well. Oh, God! I need to revise every one!!!!Sign.......

Done all 16 parameters!!!

Finally, we done all 16 parameters. We respectively chose a part of our worksand post them on the wall. What a pity! I was to slow to post. My pictures are really in a mess. I should have put them in order. So I did not have enough to space to post on the wall. But I can see my pictures in the following picture, it is just behind Mark(blue T-shirt guy).

Then everyone marked on all the papers which he or she thinks it is interesting. Some works is very beatiful and inspired me.

Discussion

Everyone posted his or her works on the wall so that classmates can communicate ideas and learn each other.

First class of Project 3

At the first day of Project 3, I did not have idea about what we are doing. Teacher asked us to finish a picture in 10 seconds. Besides she allowed us to

 only use straight line or tight angle. It was confusing for me.

We just kept drawing.

 We even used branch to draw.

Finally, I think these kind of fast drawing is useful. It can help us to locate the features of object as soon as possible.
